Testing Procedure:

  1. Dealer or Designer faxes test results to SPT. Include:

    • Dealer name/address (if applicable)
    • Specifier name/address
    • End user name/address
    • Brayton International product name/number/quantity
    • SPT pattern name/color/number
    • Installation date (if known)
    • Ydge quantity required (if known)
    • Project name

  2. SPT will forward fabric to:

    Customer Service
    Brayton International
    250 Swathmore Avenue
    High Point, NC 27263

  3. Brayton International will advise dealer or designer directly via fax results of test.

  4. Turnaround time once fabric is received: one day
