Testing Procedure:

  1. If not already tested (indicated by blank space on report) dealer or designer faxes request to SPT. Include:

    • Dealer name/address (if applicable)
    • Specifier name/address
    • End user name
    • Herman Miller product name/style #
    • SPT pattern/color/number
    • Installation date (if known)
    • Ydge required (if known)

  2. SPT will contact Herman Miller for testing and SPT will forward results to dealer or designer.

  3. Turnaround time: 1 week
