Individual Seating Manufacturers' Approvals

Testing Procedure:

  1. Dealer or designer faxes test request to SPT. Include:

    • Dealer name/address (if applicable)
    • Specifier name/address
    • End user name/address
    • KI product name/complete model #
    • Appropriate KI ship to address, contact name, tagging information, (include: attn: COM storage)
    • SPT pattern name/color/number

  2. SPT will forward fabric to KI.

  3. KI will notify dealer or designer of results.

  4. Turnaround time once fabric is received: approx. 24 hours
