The Good Wishes Collection   Crypton logo

What are good wishes? They are messages of love, and in the case of the Good Wishes Collection, those messages are woven into two happy fabrics. Good Things is a pattern created with original children’s drawings of ‘good things’, which of course, includes Pizza, Ice Cream, Sports, and more poignantly, Smile, Family and Joy. A group of seven year old children were asked to make drawings to cheer up hospitalized kids, and their art is an expression of love. Wish takes a detail from one of the drawings to make an all-over coordinating pattern. Both patterns are available in 6 cheerful colorways to bring a smile to anyone’s face. They also utilize Crypton® technology, providing a moisture retardant, anti-microbial, washable and durable fabric. The messages of hope and love make these patterns ideal for healthcare, institutional and even kids' rooms at home where high performance fabrics are required.

Good Things and Wish were also created to bring awareness to the Quilts for Kids Charity. Founded in 2000, it provides an original hand sewn quilt to any hospitalized child who wants one. The discontinued cotton fabrics used to make the quilts would have otherwise been dumped in the landfill, so the charity provides additional benefit to the earth. As of 2005, more than 30,000 hand sewn quilts have been distributed and a million tons of discarded fabrics have been kept out of the landfills. A potion of the proceeds of the sales will be donated to Quilts for Kids charity. For more information about their work, go to www.quiltsforkids.org.
